1. What PaXenger is
PaXenger is a technology platform that helps Dispatchers and companies publish professional ride requests and helps approved Drivers review, accept, and manage those requests.
PaXenger is not a transportation carrier, taxi company, limousine operator, broker of record, employer, or insurance provider. Drivers and Dispatchers remain responsible for complying with applicable transportation, licensing, insurance, airport, tax, and business rules in their operating areas.
2. Accounts, approval, and verification
To use protected areas of the platform, users must create an account, provide accurate information, verify their email when required, and keep credentials secure.
Driver accounts may require administrator approval, vehicle details, working zones, documentation, payout setup, or other operational checks before receiving requests. Dispatch accounts may require business information and approval before publishing rides.
- You may not share your login credentials with another person.
- You must keep your profile, phone number, email, vehicle information, and business details current.
- PaXenger may suspend or limit accounts that provide false information, create safety risk, abuse the platform, or violate these terms.
3. Driver and Dispatcher responsibilities
Drivers are responsible for providing transportation services safely, professionally, and in compliance with all applicable laws and agreements. Dispatchers are responsible for publishing accurate ride details, communicating changes, and paying according to the selected payment mode.
- Drivers must maintain valid licenses, active registrations, required insurance, and any permits needed for their service area.
- Dispatchers must provide accurate pickup, dropoff, passenger, stop, time, fare, and contact information.
- Both parties must communicate respectfully and avoid fraudulent, unsafe, discriminatory, or abusive conduct.
4. Ride requests, offers, and assignments
A ride request may be sent to specific Drivers, private groups, or made available according to the platform workflow. Drivers may accept, apply, submit offers, or archive requests when those actions are available.
A ride is not guaranteed until the platform workflow confirms acceptance or assignment. Dispatchers and Drivers must review ride details before relying on them, including pickup time, route, stops, service type, passenger count, luggage, vehicle category, fare, and payment mode.
- PaXenger may prioritize certain requests based on payment mode, boosts, working zones, groups, or operational settings.
- Hourly rides may track the time between passenger pickup and completion so Dispatch can review service duration.
- Changes, cancellations, no-shows, delays, or route modifications may affect pricing, credits, payments, or availability depending on platform settings.
5. Offline and prepaid trips
PaXenger supports trips paid outside the platform and trips prepaid through the platform when that feature is enabled. The payment mode must be clear before a Driver accepts or applies to the trip.
For offline trips, payment is coordinated directly between Dispatch and Driver. PaXenger does not verify, hold, guarantee, collect, or enforce payment for offline trips. Drivers must confirm that they understand this before accepting offline trips when the warning is required.
For prepaid trips, Dispatch pays through PaXenger using the configured payment provider. The trip may receive priority and may display a prepaid or verified-payment badge. Driver earnings from prepaid trips are handled through the platform payout process after completion and any configured hold period.
- Prepaid payment success, failure, refund, dispute, and payout status may be shown in the platform.
- External earnings from offline trips may appear as activity history, but they are not available for payout through PaXenger.
- App-paid earnings from prepaid trips may become available for weekly payout or Instant Pay according to platform settings and payout eligibility.
6. Credits, wallet, boosts, and membership
The PaXenger wallet is for internal credits. Credits may be used for platform features such as publishing requests, holds, boosts, memberships, or other configured services. Credits are not the same as Driver earnings and should not be treated as bank funds.
Boosts may increase priority or visibility for a limited period. Membership plans may provide recurring credits or platform access according to the active settings.
- Credit purchases, holds, releases, debits, and adjustments are recorded in transaction history.
- Credits may be non-refundable except where required by law or expressly approved by PaXenger.
- PaXenger may update credit packages, boost durations, membership pricing, and platform fees prospectively.
7. Driver earnings and payouts
Driver earnings paid through PaXenger may be shown as pending, available, scheduled, processing, paid, failed, disputed, or reversed. Availability depends on ride completion, payment status, dispute status, payout setup, and platform settings.
Drivers may need to complete payout setup through Stripe Connect or another enabled provider before receiving weekly payouts or Instant Pay. PaXenger does not store full bank account numbers, full card numbers, or banking login credentials.
- Weekly payouts are processed according to the schedule configured by PaXenger.
- Instant Pay may be available only to eligible Drivers and may include a fixed or percentage fee shown before confirmation.
- Failed, disputed, refunded, or reversed payments may delay or reduce payout eligibility.
8. Cancellations, refunds, disputes, and adjustments
Cancellations, refunds, disputes, no-shows, incorrect ride information, passenger issues, payment failures, or chargebacks may require review. PaXenger may place payments, earnings, credits, or payouts on hold while reviewing an issue.
If a prepaid trip is refunded or disputed before an earning is paid, PaXenger may block, reverse, or adjust the related earning. If an amount was already paid, PaXenger may seek recovery or offset future payouts when permitted.
- Users should provide timely evidence, notes, receipts, screenshots, or trip records when requested.
- Refund decisions may depend on payment provider rules, platform settings, ride status, and available evidence.
- Administrative actions are logged for audit and fraud-prevention purposes.
9. Notifications and communications
PaXenger may send account, ride, payment, payout, security, and operational notifications through the web, mobile app, email, SMS where configured, or push notifications. Some messages are required to operate the service and cannot be disabled while using the platform.
- Email may be sent through Brevo or another configured provider.
- Push notifications may be sent through OneSignal or platform-native services.
- Users are responsible for keeping notification permissions and contact information current.
10. Acceptable use and prohibited conduct
Users must use PaXenger only for lawful business and transportation coordination purposes. Misuse of the platform may result in suspension, removal from groups, blocked payouts, or account termination.
- Do not submit false ride, passenger, payment, vehicle, identity, or banking information.
- Do not attempt to bypass payment warnings, payout controls, account approval, rate limits, or security checks.
- Do not harass, threaten, discriminate, spam, scrape, reverse engineer, or interfere with platform operations.
11. Availability, changes, and limitations
PaXenger may change features, pricing, settings, supported payment methods, vehicle categories, report formats, APIs, and mobile capabilities over time. The platform may also be unavailable during maintenance, provider outages, network issues, or emergencies.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PaXenger is provided without a guarantee that every request will be accepted, every Driver will be available, every payment will succeed, or every notification will be delivered instantly.
12. Liability and indemnity
Each user is responsible for their own conduct, services, payments made outside the platform, tax obligations, regulatory compliance, insurance coverage, and business decisions. PaXenger is not responsible for offline payment disputes between Dispatchers and Drivers.
Users agree to protect PaXenger from claims, losses, penalties, chargebacks, disputes, or expenses caused by their misuse of the platform, inaccurate information, unlawful conduct, or breach of these terms.
13. Contact
Questions about these terms may be sent to support@paxenger.com. If your request relates to a specific ride, payment, payout, dispute, or account, include enough detail for the support team to identify the record without sending sensitive bank data or passwords.
This page explains PaXenger platform rules in practical language. It is not legal advice. If you operate in a regulated market, you should also review these terms with your own legal advisor.
